One-time checks are not saved to your account. Up to 8 checks per hour per IP, subject to shared capacity. Results may be reused for 60 seconds.

Suppose a partner links to your /guides page with the anchor “SEO guide”. Enter that partner page as the source and your /guides URL as the destination. A found link with a destination 404 still needs attention. If the page redirects, inspect the final URLs before deciding what to change.
03 / How to read the results
Checks read server HTML only. JavaScript links, blocked requests and temporary failures may need a manual review. This does not measure indexing or rankings. 50 saved pairs per account. 100 requested checks per day, including additions and changed expectations. Manual checks have a five-minute cooldown.
No. Supply a known source page and destination. The tool inspects that pair; it does not query a web-wide backlink index.
The expected destination was absent from the HTML returned at that check. The link may be inserted by JavaScript or hidden by access restrictions. Review the source before treating the link as permanently lost.
