Refund policy

A declined backlink request is credited back when the publishing partner confirms that no placement was created. If a supplier response is uncertain, the request is reviewed before retrying or refunding it. Do not submit the same request again during review. Contact support with your order reference for payment cancellations or other refund requests. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
